User Research: Based on the survey and user testing result, empathise with clients, product owner and end-users. We understand their user desire, through the persona, we identify the user pain points, and address most people who think about the product. How can we collaborate with stakeholders "What's the new product direction?"
The next step: Against the result, we can do a competitive study about their strengths and weaknesses; Also, we can arrange the focus group research to narrow down the product features that the user needs or problems that the user facing. Communicate with the team and come with the action plans for the next sprint.
I felt after such research and observations, clients listen and respect our advice, balance user needs and business met, no matter happy path or edge cases.
